     Safari Boat

Northern Red Sea
The Sinai Peninsular itself is a mountainous region which often seems mirrored
underwater with monumental drop offs’, dramatic vertical walls and canyons. The water
around the Sinai is on a major shipping route and is a gateway from Europe to Africa.
Over the years the combination of hundreds of reefs and boats has resulted in shipping
accidents creating numerous wrecks. The Northern Red Sea boasts some of the most
impressive wrecks world wide including the Rosalie Moller and the SS Thistlegorm. In
addition to the wrecks the northern Red Sea is home to some spectacular reef dives.

Southern Red Sea
The Southern Red Sea has a full range of dive sites with dramatic walls at the brothers,
famous wrecks of Numidia and Maidan and the gentle reefs at St Johns. This variety of
sites means a wide range of marine life giving divers the possibility of seeing such
creatures as ornate ghost pipefish, mantas, sharks and if they are especially lucky
dugongs!

Wrecks and Reefs – All boats departing Sharm
This itinerary takes in the best of the wrecks and reefs the northern Red Sea has to offer.
Generally the split between wreck and reef dives is equal but this dependent on weather conditions.Reef dives are conducted in Tiran and Ras Mohammed. The wrecks dives generally include a selection of the four atAbu Nuhas, SS Thistlegorm in Sha’ab Ali, Dunraven at Sha’ab Mahmoud and the Kingston at Shag Rock.

St Johns Elphinstone
St Johns is a collection of ergs and habili's in the deep south, on the tropic of cancer. Due to their positioning the sea temperature is noticeably warmer than in the north and it isn't
uncommon to see pelagics cruising around when the temperature is right.

Daedalus Rockys St Johns
Your starting point will typically be Umm el Rus and Elphinstone Reef. Journeying through the night will bring you to Daedalus Reef. Further traveling through the night will see you arrive at Rocky Island and Zabargad and on to St Johns and Fury Shoal.
Although night diving is not permitted on the offshore islands with extended dive times won't you miss out!

Brothers Elphinstone
This is a fantastic week to spend visiting the well known offshore islands. The itinerary will typically start with diving Umm el Rus and Elphinstone Reef. Two days on Big Brother and two days on Little Brother gives you plenty of time to explore the beautiful reefs and
wrecks.

The Brother Islands
The two tiny islands known as The Brothers lie approximately 67 kilometers east of Quesir seemingly in the middle of nowhere. Big Brother is 400 meters long and easily dwarfs Little Brother which is situated 1/2 a mile away. They are famous for shark action and their wrecks.
